Eric Martin is in his first season as an assistant coach with the men's basketball team.

Martin is making the transition from the post to the bench after competing for Adelphi the past four seasons. In his four seasons Adelphi made three NCAA Northeast Regional appearances, won two ECC Regular Season titles and two ECC Tournament titles.

Martin appeared in 100 games in an Adelphi uniform, logging over 2,000 minutes. He also scored 728 points, grabbed 422 rebounds, converted 267 field goals and made 194 free throws.

Martin graduated from Adelphi in 2006 with a degree in business Management.
