Now in her second season, Jessica Nowaski joined the Adelphi University Dance Team staff as an assistant coaching during the 2003-2004 season. In the Fall of 2004 she was named the Head Coach.
A 2003 graduate of Adelphi, she began her schooling with as a Dance Major, but graduated with a Business Management degree. Nowaski was a member of the Adelphi Dance Team during her four years at school and was Captain her senior year.
Her dance training began at five years old and consisted of ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip-hop and bellydancing. She attended local dance schools, as well as The Eglevsky Ballet and Broadway Dance Center. She is also a former dancer of Amira Mor, a traveling bellydancing company and The Long Island Surf Dance Team.
