Honors and Awards: 2013 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad... D2ADA Academic Achievement Award (2012)

2012: Started all 20 games ... ranked third on team, third in NE-10 and seven in the country with six defensive saves ... played third-most minutes on team.

2011: Started and played in all 18 games ... played fifth-most minutes on team with 1,165 ... recorded two defensive saves, one in season opener versus Bloomsburg (9/1) and one at Saint Michael's (10/9) ... tallied an assist in 3-1 loss against American Int'l (9/20).

2010: Saw action in all 22 games and made three starts...recorded one assist and one defensive save...first career assist came in a 5-1 victory at Assumption on 11/2.

At Passaic Valley High School: Four-year member of the varsity field hockey, basketball, and softball teams...four-time All-County selection, two-time captain, four-time East Coast Field Hockey Camp All-Star, named to the Passaic County All-Star team, named to the National Academic Squad, and won two County Championships ([apos]06, [apos]09) in field hockey...named All-County three times in basketball...captain of the softball team as well as being named All-Conference Honorable Mention and a Passaic County All-Star...nominated for Scholar Athlete award and Passaic County Athlete of the Year...member of the Nation Honor Society and graduated with a 4.33 grade point average.

Personal: Daughter of Nicholas and Renee DeGrote...born February 25...has a younger brother, Anthony...enjoys traveling, volunteer services, and reading...has career plans of being a Forensic Scientist...majoring in chemistry.
