Adelphi University Athletics

Tina Brindisi joins the Adelphi University field hockey coaching staff for the 2017 season after a four-year career as a Panther defender. 

A native of Wanaque, N.J., Brindisi appeared in all 80 games in her four years on the back line. Helping the team to a 52-28 record in her four years, Brindisi helped the Panthers to four Northeast-10 Championship tournament appearances and back-to-back NCAA Tournament berths in 2014 and 2015.

Brindisi graduated Adelphi with a bachelor's in health and physical education, and is currently pursuing a master's degree.
