Adelphi University Athletics

Danielle Demola enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Adelphi University field hockey in the fall of 2013. Her main responsibilities will include defense along with recruiting and player development.
 
Demola was a two-year member of the Panthers from 2009-2010; a career tragically cut short due to injury. She started and played in all games as a freshman and sophomore and was recognized for her efforts. In 2009 she was named to the 2009 Gladiator by SGI / NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad and was a 2009 ECAC All-Star selection. She also earned All-Rookie team honors by womensfieldhockey.com and the Northeast-10 and concluded her freshman year by being named to the 2009 Northeast-10 Conference All-Championship Team.
 
Demola graduated from Adelphi in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology.
