- Ran a career best in the 1500 meter race at the Lions Invitational in a time of 5:52.17
- Clocked a 22:05.92 time in the 5000 at the 2023 NE10 Outdoor Championship
- Opened the season with a career-best in the outdoor 5000, at 21:53.81 at Monmouth
- Indoor
- Placed 18th at the NE10 Indoor Championship in the 3000, in a time of 13:05.65, also a career-best in the specialty

- Put up a nearly sub-29 minute race at the NE10 Championship, crossing at 29:00.5 to placed 89th
- Ran a career-best 6K at the Leigh Paul Short Run in a tmie of 27:12.4
