- Competed in four meets in the 2018 cross country season
- Second to finish for the Panthers in the Adelphi XC Invite, finishing in 18th place with a time of 27:23.0 (8/31)
- Posted season-best 8k time at the NE10 Championships (26:55.0, 11/4)
At Nassau C.C. (2017-18)
- Finished eighth overall out of 125 athletes in the 8k at the York College Invitational at Van Cortland Park in a time of 29:48 (10/8)
- Qualified for the NJCAAÂ Outdoor Track Championships in the 800m and the 1500m
At Iona (2013-15)
- Spent two seasons on the cross country and track teams at Iona, but did not compete in the 2013 cross country season
- Placed 49th in the 6k in his first collegiate cross country race, the Marist Season Opener (8/30/14) and also raced in the MAC Cross Country Championships
- Placed sixth in the 4x400 relay and eighth in the 800m at the MAACÂ Indoor Track and Field Championships in 2015
