2007: Recorded three top-45 finishes including an eighth place finish at the ECC Championships and a 41st place finish at the Northeast Regional...clocked a personal best at the Albany Invite running 27:08.

2006: Competed in 6 meets...ran his fastest time at the Albany Invitational clocking 27:23 for a new personal record...placed 10th at the ECC Championships with a time of 28:03.

2005: Competed in all six races, posting four top-50 finishes...set a personal best over 8K of 27:52 at the Tidewater Fall Classic...posted a top-20 finish at the conference championship meet, finishing 19th (29:10).

At Francis Lewis High School: Three-year letterwinner in indoor and outdoor track...earned two letters in cross-country and one in soccer...named track MVP for his grade, sophomore and junior year...earned ironman award sophomore year...two-time district champion in the 3200 meter run...1600 meter run district champion senior year...runner-up in 1600 meter run at city championships...named cross-country and indoor track MVP senior year...entered Francis Lewis Hall of Fame senior year...named Citibank leader of Tomorrow senior year...member of JROTC Raider Adventure team freshman year...named leader of tomorrow by New Balance
