Biography

2009: Took the mound in three appearances for one strikeout against Lynn University (3/9).

2008: Came in and pitched 8.1 innings of relief in eight appearances...allowed just two runs on three hits total while striking out seven.

2007: Appeared in 14 games, posting an ERA of 12.42 and a record of 0-1...pitched a total of 16.2 innings, striking out 13.

2006: Pitched in 14 games, picking up one save...pitched 18.1 innings, striking out 19 and posting an earned run average of 2.95...struck out a career-high three batters against Northwood on March 19...collected his first career save after pitching the final three innings in an 11-6 Adelphi win (5/7).

At Half Hollow Hills East High School: Three-year member of the varsity baseball team...all-league selection sophomore and senior seasons...team captain and team MVP senior year...three-time scholar athlete...also competed in football.

Personal: Son of Cindy Salemi...born September 16, 1987...has two sisters Mary and Rachel...major is sports management.
