Adelphi University Athletics

Jon Doyle begins his first season as an assistant coach for the Adelphi men's baseball team. Doyle was a four-year varsity member at Adelphi from 1998-2001 and was a two-year captain for the Panthers his junior and senior years.

He was a career .393 hitter and ranks in the top ten in Adelphi history in batting average, hits, runs scored, doubles and multiple hits games. Doyle also ranks second in the NCAA Division II hit-by-pitches with 64.

Doyle, a native of Prospect, Conn., graduated cum laude from Adelphi with a degree in Physical education. He is currently pursing his Masters degree in Sports Management at Adelphi.
