2021-22

Defended 4x400 relay title at both the NE10 Indoor and Outdoor Championship
Silver medal in the 400m dash at both the NE10 Indoor and Outdoor Championship
Finished fourth in the 200m dash at the NE10 Outdoor Championship and sixth in the same event at the NE10 Indoor Championship
Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championship, notching a 12th-place finish in the 400m
Kicked off the indoor season with an individual gold in 400m and a 4x400 relay gold at the Spartan Invite (1/14)
Part of a first-place finish in the outdoor 4x400 relay at the Monmouth Invite (3/25-26)
Crossed third in the 400m and was part of a second-place 4x400 relay finish at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/2)

2020-21

No indoor season due to COVID-19
Earned 2021 NE10 Outdoor Championship Most Valuable Female Athlete of the Meet after earning points for the Panthers in the 200, 400 and 4x400
Took first in the 400 meter event at NE10s to earn a gold medal and ran the last leg of the 4x400 relay to help Adelphi defend their outdoor title from 2019

2019-20

Was a Top 10 finisher in all but three races on the year
Took first and second place at the Elm City Challenge in the 400 and 4x400, respectively (12/6-12/7)
Tallied five first-place finishes, including three at the NE10 Indoor Championships in the 400, 4x400 and a career-best 25.14 in the 200 (2/20-2/21)
Finished sixth in the 400 with a time of 55.86 at the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier (2/28)
Took second place in the 400 with a career-best time of 55.17 at the Armory Leap Year Invitational (2/29), which qualified her for the NCAA Division II National Championships

2018-19

Banner rookie season saw her make history with the Adelphi 4x400, winning both the indoor and outdoor NE10 titles
All-Region selection in three events, also earning honors in outdoor 400m
Placed in the Top 10 in all but four races for the year, including six first-place finishes
Made her career debut with a season best in the Fastrack Metro Season Opener, placing fifth in the 800m with a time of 2:30.16 (12/1)
Won the 400m and the 4x400 relay at the Spartan Invitational (1/11)
