2019-20
  • Placed in the Top 10 in the weight throw at each of the six meets during the indoor season 
  • Took first place in the weight throw at the Elm City Challenge with a throw of 15.82m (12/6-12/7) 
  • Also placed sixth in shot put with a toss of 12.68m at the Elm City Challenge 
  • Won the weight throw at the NE10 Indoor Championships with a career-best distance of 17.88m (2/20-2/21)

2018-19
  • Joined the Panthers as a mid-year transfer from LIU Post, rewriting several school records in the field events
  • Won the hammer and the javelin at the Queensborough Relays for his first first-place finishes as a Panther (4/12-4/13)
  • Also placed first and second in the javelin and hammer, respectively, at the Stony Brook University Wolfie Invitational (4/20)
  • Won the discus throw with a toss of 46.82m at the NE10 Outdoor Championships and finished third with a 55.00m throw in the hammer, en route to being named Men's Most Outstanding Field Performer of the meet
  • Broke one of the current longest-standing records for the Adelphi track and field team in the outdoor hammer throw at the ECAC/IC4a Championships
  • Threw the hammer 57.65m, and in his third attempt, he topped it once again with a final score of 58.38m to place sixth overall
  • The marks twice broke the previous best of 57.38m (188' 3") recorded by Jack Panzica in 1969

At LIU Post (2016-18)
  • 2018 ECC Outdoor champion in the javelin in his junior season with a mark of 49.96m
  • Also finished second in the discus and hammer throws
  • Placed second in the hammer throw (35.53m) at the 2017 ECC Outdoor Championships
  • Named First Team All-ECC in the hammer throw, discus and javelin in 2017
  • Also First Team All-ECC in the hammer throw and Second Team All-ECC in the discus and javelin in 2016
  • Was also a three-year member of the football team

At Patchogue-Medford
  • Played two years of varsity football

  • Plays three instruments and holds a third-degree black belt in shoryn ryu, and a first-degree black belt in judo and jujitsu
