- Participated in seven indoor meets and six outdoor
- Finished first in the 1,000 meter at 2:38.08 as part of the Heptathlon at The Elm City Challenge (12/10-11)
- Part of a fourth place finish for the 4x400 relay at the Spartan Regional Invite (1/15) with a time of 3:28.53
- Tallied third place with the 4x400 meter relay in 3:23.70 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/25-26)
- As part of the Decathlon, earned first place in the 400 and 1,500 meter races with times of 50.81 and 4:18.05 at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/6-7)

- Helped the DMR team to a first place showing at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16/15) behind a time of 11:09.52
- Totaled 3,978 points during the decathlon at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18/15) for third place
- Finished ninth with 4,241 points at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2/15) decathlon
2013-14
- Completed six indoor meets and five outdoor meets
- Finished the 800 in 1:56.51 during the BU John Thomas Terrier Invite (1/24)
- Claimed seventh place during the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22) 1,000 meter behind a 2:33.64 time
- Crossed in at 4:03.98 during the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13) 1,500 meter
- Helped the 4x800 meter relay team establish a new school record of 7:44.47 at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2) for third place
2012-13
- Ran two indoor meets and five outdoor
- Clocked in at a season best of 1:59.40 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14) while turning in a personal best over 1500m at the Monmouth Season Opener with a time of 4:20.06 (3/30)
At West Islip
- Played two years of varsity soccer, one year of varsity basketball and one year of varsity indoor and outdoor track
- Named Academic All-County in soccer
- Two-time All-League for track
- Part of the outdoor 4x400 relay that ran at the State Championship
- Participant of the World Scholar Athlete Games and World Youth Peace Summit through the National Society of High School Scholars
