2012: Competed in four races for the Panthers… posted a season best over 8k with a time of 27:44 at the Paul Short Invitational (9/28).

2011: Competed in three races on the year...ran a personal best at the Northeast-10 Championships (10/22) with a time of 27:27 to place 87th overall.

2009-2011: Attended SUNY Geneseo.

At Oyster Bay High School: Four-year member of the varsity cross country and track teams...personal best times: 1600m (4:51.90), Steeple Chase (10:47.70), 3200m (10:06.50), 4k (13:50), 5k (16:52.00), 8k (27:24.00)...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Leonard and Rosaria Nakrin...born August 27...has one brother, Brandon...enjoys running, traveling, reading, writing, and collecting coins and stamps...majoring in international studies with a minor in spanish.
