Honors and Awards: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll...USTFCCCA All-Region Indoor 3k and 5k, Outdoor 10k; NE-10 Track Athlete of the Wek (2/12); national qualifier indoor 3k and 5k, outdoor 10k (2013)...NE-10 Outdoor 5k Champion (2012)...National Qualifier; Indoor 5k, Outdoor 10k, Two-Time All-Conference; Indoor DMR, Outdoor 4x8, USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region, NE-10 Performer of the Week (1/18) (2011).

2012-13: Competed in seven meets during indoor and three outdoor...during indoor, recorded a personal best of 8:18.99 in the 3k at the BU Terrier Meet (1/25) which set the school record....earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors indoors for the 3k and 5k...placed third at the NE-10 Indoor Championships in the 3k...during otudoors, earned All-Region honors in the 10k after clocking in at a season best 30:42 at the Bison Outdoor Classic...placed fourth at the outdoor NE-10 Championships in the 10k.

2011-12: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season...won the 5k at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships in a season best of 14:56 (5/5)...clocked in at 30:47 over 10k for a season best at the Mt. Sac Relays (4/19).

2010-11: Set personal bests from the 1k through 10k including NCAA Provisional marks indoors for the 5k with a time of 14:34 set at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/11) and outdoors in the 10k with a mark of 30:26 run at the Sam Howell Meet (4/1)...anchored the DMR team to a win at the NE-10 Indoor Championships to set the meet record of 10:23...a member of the outdoor 4x8 relay that placed fourth at the conference meet (5/6) with a time of 8:10.48...anchored the DMR team to a season best 10:09 at the Armory Collegiate Meet (2/4).

2009-10: Had a strong freshman season...placed 33rd overall at the PENN Relays in the 10,000 meter run, with a USA Track and Field Junior Nationals Qualifying time of 31:55...turned in a fifth place performance in a personal best time in the mile at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championship (4:19.99)...earned seventh place at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championship at 5,000 meters...anchored Adelphi's IC4A Qualifying distance medley relay team that posted a time of 10:11.08.

At Wantagh High School: Four year member of the varsity cross-country/track & field team...all-division four times and all-county three times in cross-country...all-state cross-country runner as a senior...named all-division six times during track & field...cross-country MVP senior year and track & field MVP as a junior.

Personal: Son of Maria Isabel and Charles Coelho...major is currently undecided...has two sisters, Vanessa and Melissa...Melissa was a member of the Adelphi cross-country/track & field team.
