2014: Ran in five meets…Season-high sixth place finish with a time of 16:21.5 in the 5k at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival (9/7)…Finished 28th in the NE-10 Championships (11/9) 8k…Qualified and placed 37th at the NCAA East Regional (11/22) with a time of 32:46.1.
2013: Did not compete.
2012: Competed in three races this season for the Panthers…Was the second Panther to cross the line on two occasions…Ran a personal best of 31:46.1 in the 10k at the NCAA East Regional meet (11/4) and placed 31st.
2011: Competed in five races and placed in the top-25 in four of them...Ran a personal best at the NE-10 Championships (10/22), placing 23rd in a time of 25:34...Was the Panther's third runner across the line, and the first freshman finisher at the NCAA East Regional (11/6) where he covered the 10k course in 32:08 to earn All-Region honors.
Calhoun High School: Four-year member of the track and cross country team...Named All-Country in track in cross country as a sophomore...All-State, All-Long Island, and Class AA County Champion in cross country as a junior...All-State in winter track as a senior...County Champion in the 3200 in spring track as a senior...Won the Superintendent Sportsmanship Award Scholarship.
