2013: Took part in three races…Ran a 23:21.2 5k for 42nd place at the UAlbany Invitational (10/19).

2012: Competed in two races for the Panthers…Set a personal best of 20:36 over 5k at the Riverhawk Invitational (9/15).

2011: Competed in four races on the year...Had her best showing with a 111th place finish at the Northeast-10 Championships (10/22) where she ran a 5k time of 20:48...At the Paul Short Invitational (9/30), she also set a personal best over 6k with a time of 27:12.

At Mepham High School: Ran four years of track/cross country…As a senior, posted an all-division time of 11:56 in the 3K…Received the Coach Gerry Hughes Memorial Scholarship in memorium of her former coach …Member of five honor societies…Participated in Venture Crew and Habitat for Humanity.

Personal: Sara Elizabeth Kulins...Daughter of Charles and Catherine Kulins...Has two younger brothers...Majoring in biology.
