2012: Competed in five races and earned a top 5 finishe on two occasions… took 2
nd at the Brick Stone Invitational (9/8)… finished 4
th at the Riverhawk Invitational (9/15) with a season best of 26:17… set a personal best of 32:32.7 in the 10k at the NCAA East Regional meet where he finished in 30
th.
2011: Competed in five races on the year...was the Panther's third runner on two occasions...ran a personal best over 8k at the Northeast-10 Championships (10/22) with a time of 25:31 to place 21st overall and earn All-Conference honors...placed 43rd at the NCAA East Regional (11/6) with a personal best of 33:35 over 10k.
2010: Competed in every meet on the year and placed in the top-50 in three races...finished 23rd at the Hofstra Invitational (9/11) in his debut with a time of 29:39 over 8k...placed 44th at the Conference meet (11/7), setting a new personal best of 26:43...rounded out the Panther[apos]s top-seven at the NCAA East Regional (11/21), finishing 78th in a time of 34:33 over 10k.
At Plainedge High School: Four-year member of the varsity cross country team...received All-County honors as a senior.
Personal: Son of Daniel and Yvonne DeSalvo...born December 23...has one older sister, Danielle...enjoys running...majoring in environmental science.
