2014: Ran in five races…Ran a 17:13.0 and finished a season-high 18^th in St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival (5k, 9/7)…Posted a 31:55.1 8k at the NE-10 Championships (11/9).

2013: Took part in all six races on the season…Ran a season-best 26:57 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/27)…Finished 39th at the NCAA East Regional (11/10) with a 10k time of 33:26.90, a personal best.

2012: Competed in four meets for the Panthers…Took eighth place in the Brick Stone Invitational… Placed 24th at the Riverhawk Invitational (9/15)…Posted a season best of 26:52 at the Paul Short Invitational(9/28).

2011: Competed in all six races for the Panthers...Placed in the top-75 on three occasions...ran a personal best at the NE-10 Championships (10/22), covering the 8k course in a time of 26:17...Was the Panther's fifth man across the line at the NCAA East Regional (11/6) with a time of 33:43 over 10k.

At Jordan-Elbridge High School: A four year member of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field teams…Was a multiple time Scholar Athlete for both cross country and track…Named Rookie of the Year in cross country…Named team captain from his sophomore year through senior year…Named First-Team and Second-Team All-League…Over four years, broke numerous class and school records…Won the Leadership Award, Coach’s Award and named MVP his senior year…Named Scholar Athlete of the Year in his final year…Was the Student Council President and member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of David and Brenda Bader...Has one brother and one sister...Enjoys sports and music...Majoring in exercise physiology.
