2012: Competed in five races… ran a personal best of 27:00 over 8k at the Paul Short Invitational (11/28)… Ran a personal best of 32:06.9 in the 10k at the NCAA East Regional meet and placed 42^nd.

2011: Competed in all six races for the Panthers...earned a 34th place finish at the Trinity Invitational (9/10)...ran a personal best over 8k at the Northeast-10 Championships (10/22) with a 73rd place finish in a time of 27:10...was the Panther's sixth man at the NCAA Division II East Regional (11/6) and placed 64th with a time of 34:15 over 10,000 meters.

At Calhoun High School: Lettered three years on the cross country team...named All-County as a senior...set personal records in the 3200m (9:51.8) and the 5k (16:33)...member of the National and Music Honor Societies.

Personal: Son of Rita Abrams...born October 5...major is undecided.
