2013-14: Competed in 13 total meets, six indoor and seven outdoor…Helped set the school record in the DMR at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/8) with a time of 12:17.38…Won the 3000 steeple at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29) with a time of 11:28.29…Finished fourth behind a 1:11.93 time in the 400 hurdles at The Coach Omeltchenko Invitational (4/19)…Rewrote her own 3000 steeple record at the Penn Relays (4/25) with a time of 11:11.27 to finish fourth…Won the 3000 steeple at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships (5/2) with a time of 11:20.51.

2012-13: Competed in 14 meets on the year...Was on the school record setting indoor and outdoor 4x800m relay teams...Set personal bests in the mile and 3k with times of 5:23.06 and 10:39.98 respectively...Provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the steeple when she recorded a time 11:12.55 at the PENN Relays (4/25) which earned her All-Region honors and broke the school record...Claimed top honors in the steeple at the NE-10 Championships.

2011-12: Capped a solid freshman campaign highlighted by All-Conference honors in the indoor DMR and a second place finish at the outdoor steeplechase with a time of 11:14.16 which set the school record...Was a member of the school record setting 4x800 relay outdoors at the Bucknell Bison Classic with a time of 9:52.13 (4/14)...Qualified and competed at USATF Junior Nationals in Bloomington, IN.

At Cobleskill-Richmondville High School: Lettered in both cross country and track...Set personal bests as a junior in 3000m (11:04), 1000m (3:14), 2000m steeple (7:23.06), 400 (64.3 split), 1600m (5:56), 400m hurdles (68.2)...Set personal bests as a senior in 3000m (10:49), 2000m steeple (7:08.81), 800m (2:22) 400m hurdles (69.1) 1000m (3:13), 1600m (5:38), 5k (19:45).

Personal: Daughter of Miguel Mendez and Theresa Bottorff...has three younger siblings...Majoring in exercise science.
