2010: Competed in two meets for the Panthers...set a personal best over 8,000 meters at the NE-10 Conference Championship (11/7), stopping the clock just under the 29 minute barrier with a time of 28:59.
2009: Competed in three meets, including the Paul Short Run, finishing in a personal best time of 29:23 over the 8,000 meter course.
2008: Attended Hudson Valley Community College

At Lansingburgh High School: Four-year member of the varsity cross country team...member of varsity baseball team as a junior...member of the varsity track and field team as a senior, and was named captain...selected as a Colonial Council All-Star in cross country as a junior...recognized as a Commended Student in the National Merit Scholarship Program.
