Honors and Awards: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (2012).

2012: Played in 110 sets and 33 matches... anked fourth on the team with 254 kills and tallied 2.31 kills per set... ranked thid on the team with 62 blocks...tallied season and career-high 17 kills in 3-1 win at Molloy (10/11) recorded 16 kills in 3-2 loss at Dowling (9/30). 

2011: Appeared in 79 sets and 30 matches ... had fifth-best 169 kills ... tied for third on team with 2.14 kills per sets ... ranked third on team with 45 blocks ... had career-high 15 kills in 3-2 loss versus Bridgeport (10/12) ... recorded 12 kills in 3-1 loss against Dowling (9/13).

2010: Played in 97 sets and 31 matches...recorded 197 kills, seven assists, one service ace, and 57 digs...finished second on the team with 44 blocks...had a season-best 13 kills in a 3-1 loss at Pace on 10/6.

2009: Appeared in 43 games and 23 matches...recorded 42 kills, 12 digs, and 16 blocks...had a season-high six kills against Molloy (9/26)...recorded a season-best three blocks against Holy Family (9/11).

At Port Jefferson High School: Participated in three years of varsity volleyball...was an All-Conference and two-time All-County selection...named the captain each year...earned a silver medal at the Empire State Games on two occasions...attended The Island Volleyball Academy for four years.

Personal: Daughter of Samuel and Karen Rico...majoring in sports management with a minor in communications...hobbies include shopping and going to the beach...has an older sister, Alyssa.
