Honors and Awards: D2ADA Academic Achievement Award... NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (2012)...Named to the NE-10 All-Rookie Team (2009)...NE-10 Rookie of the Week (10/5).

2012: One of two players to play in all 140 sets and 37 matches... ranked second on the team with 272 digs and third with 1.94 digs per set... also tallied 37 service aces to rank fourth... had season high 19 digs against Pace (11/16)...recorded four aces at Molloy (10/11) and against American International. 

2011: One of two players to play in all 105 sets and 31 matches ... ranked second on team with 266 digs and 44 service aces ... recorded service ace to seal 3-0 win over Saint Rose and secure Adelphi's first-ever NE-10 Tournament Champoinship (11/12) ... had five aces in 3-2 win at Saint Michael's (11/15) ... tallied 14 digs in 3-2 win over C.W. Post (9/27).

2010: Appeared in 74 sets and 21 matches...totaled three kills, 16 assists, seven service aces, and 271 digs...recorded a season-high 28 digs in a 3-1 loss against New Haven on 10/26.

2009: Played in 117 games and 35 matches...recorded four kills, 25 assists, and was third on the team with 33 service aces...finished third on the team with 321 digs...posted a season-high with 24 digs versus St. Rose (9/12).

At Notre Dame Academy: Played two years of varsity volleyball...was part of the team that was the Kentucky state runner up her junior year, and semi-finalist her senior year...winner of the PANDA award and named to the Northern Kentucky Senior All-Star Team...was a BEST student nominee for four years...graduated in the top five percent of her class...earned first honors each year...also a member of the Cincy Classics Volleyball Club.

Personal: Daughter of Greg and Cheryl Popham...majoring in psychology...hobbies include shopping...has three older brothers, Greg, Scott and Shane, who plays football for Wake Forest and an older sister, Becky, who is on the rowing team at the university of Lousiville.
