Honors and Awards: NCAA Participant outdoor 400H; NE-10 400H Champion; NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (2012-13)...All-Conference indoor DMR...set new school records indoor 60H and outdoor 4x800 relay,400 and 400H (2012)...All-Conference; Indoor 4x4...part of the school record setting outdoor 4x200 (2011)...NCAA Qualifier, distance medley relay (2010)...Northeast-10 All-Conference (2010).

2012-13: Competed in five meets indoor and 10 outdoor...ran the 400 indoors and clocked in at a season best of 59.04 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/2)...was part of the school record setting outdoor 4x4 and SMR which were set at the PENN Relays (4/25)...NE-10 Outdoor 400H Champion...hit an NCAA provisional mark in the 400H with a personal best of 1:01.49 which earned her a spot in the national meet.

2011-12: Set four new personal bests during the indoor season and two during outdoors as well as four school records...placed third in the DMR during indoors to earn All-Conference...recorded a time of 9.41 in the 60H at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/6) and was part of the relay that split 9:44.70 in the 4x800 relay at the New Balance Invitational (2/3) which were both school records...during outdoors, set the school record in the 400m dash with a time of 58.73 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/6) and 400H with a time of 1:02.55 at the Bucknell Bison Classic (4/14)...set the outdoor 200m school record with a time of 25.13 at the Sam Howell Meet (4/6)

2010-11: Member of the indoor 4x4 squad that placed fourth at the conference championships (2/17)...also a member of the 4x4 that ran a season best of 4:01.21 in the 4x400 relay and set the school record in the 4x200 with a time of 1:48.80 at the PENN Relays (4/28)...lowered her 100H and 400H times to 15.97 and 1:07.81 respectively...ran 9.76 for a new personal best in the 60H at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/14).

2009-10: Placed third in the 4x400 meter relay at the outdoor Northeast-10 Championship, earning all-conference honors...also placed fourth in the 4x400 at the indoor Northeast-10 Championships...was a member of Adelphi's NCAA Qualifying distance medley relay...set a personal best in the 60 meter hurdles at the NYU Fastrack Invitational, 9.81...set another personal best in the 400 meter hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational, 1:07.95.

At St. Francis Prep High School: Lettered in cross country and track and field for three seasons...captained cross country team as a sophomore...came in first place on a first place team at the Brooklyn-Queens Cross Country Championships...qualified for the Cross Country State Championships as a junior and was a Champion in the 3200-meter Relay and the 1000-meter at the Brooklyn-Queens Cross Country Chamionships...captain as a junior as well and was named Most Valuable Varsity Runner...qualified for the Indoor Nationals in the Shuttle Hurtle Relay, and received top-time in relay helping to break the school record...qualified for Indoor Eastern State and New York Championships...holds varsity steeplechase record for outdoor.

Personal: Daughter of Gilbert and Sahylis Vassilatos...born September 9...has five older siblings...enjoys writing poetry...majoring in exercise science and plans to be a Physical Therapist in the future.
