Honors and Awards: 2012 NCBWA Division II Preseason All-East Region Second Team

2012: Played in 38 games with 37 starts ... batted .271 (36-133) with 11 doubles, two triples, two home runs and 14 runs scored ... ranked second on team in RBI (28) and slugging percentage (.429) ... had team-best four sacrifice flies ... went 3-5 with a triple, three RBI and two runs scored against Dominican (3/22) ... had a pair of doubles and five RBI in doubleheader at Assumption (4/14) ... the next day, went 2-4 with a double, home run and four RBI against the Greyhounds (4/15) ... went combined 4-8 with a triple, homer and three RBI in doubleheader at Saint Rose (4/28).

2011: Appeared in 38 games with 33 starts ... batted .272 with 10 doubles, a triple, a home run and 17 RBI ... had eight multiple-hit games ... went 8-12 with three doubles and three RBI over three game stretch (2/26-3/4) ... had season-high six-game hit streak during which he batted .391 (9-23), drove in seven runs and doubled in four straight games (3/12-3/20) ... went 2-3 with a home run and season-high four RBI in game two of a doubleheader at Saint Rose (4/10).

At SUNY Albany: Lettered on the baseball team for two years...played in 25 games and had 15 starts as a freshman...had three doubles, two home runs, and drove in 11 runs...first career home run came at Manhattan College...had four RBI and one home run at UNC-Greensboro.

At Cardoza High School: Named to the All-NYC Team as a sophomore, junior, and senior...led the city in home runs as a junior with eight in 16 games and received the award at Shea Stadium...hit .565 as a junior and senior with 28 RBI...was an FABL All-Star.

Personal: Son of Mark and Phyllis Liebowitz...born February 4...has one sister, Jaclyn, who plays softball at Oneonta State...majoring in psychology.
