Louisville, KY - Coming off another season with an NCAA tournament appearance, the Adelphi University volleyball program continues to excel in the classroom, winning it's 19th consecutive Team Academic Award, announced by the American Volleyball Coaches Association on Thursday. 

Teams with a 3.3 or higher school year grade-point average are recognized on the list, amounting to 1,432 in 2025-26. 

The Panthers, under head coach Danielle MacKnight put together an academic year GPA of 3.606, which ranks fourth in the department and finished with a 24-9 overall record. 

With 17 players on the roster, 13 finished with a 3.5 or better and all members posted above a 3.0. Senior Macarty McQueen earned All-America Honorable Mention honors and was also named the league's Player of the Year, alongside the NE10 Presidets Award for Academic Excellence.
