The Panthers took on the lone school to go undefeated during the two-day tournament in Quincy University Saturday morning. Junior middle blocker/right side hitter Noelle Alberda put up another 15 kill performance, hitting at a .423 clip.

The third set saw some drama pick up, as Adelphi's 23-21 lead turned into a deadlock at 24-all quickly. After Delaney Kiendra's kill to get another tie at 25-25, the visitors capitalized and took the next two points to take control of the match.

While the home team fought valiantly, the final set is where it all slipped away. Despite cutting the lead to just 18-17 midway through, the Hawks took control once again, finishing the set on a 7-2 run to finalize their victory.
