Mansfield, Mass. - In a game that was over before it even started, the Adelphi University men's basketball team saw their regular season finale at Southern Connecticut canceled after the women's game was ended early as a result of a leak in the roof at James Moore Field House. 

Even without the contest, the men were looking at the Southwest Division's No. 3 seed in the NE10 Championship and will host Assumption University, the No. 6 seed out of the Northeast Division on Friday, Feb. 25.

Ronnie Silva put up a team-leading 19 points in the Panthers Jan. 19 meeting with the Greyhounds, en route to a 76-55 win. The victory in Worcester, Mass. sparked the team's seven-game win streak.
