Westlake, Ohio - As nearly all of Adelphi's fall teams achieved NCAA postseason status, the Panthers came in at No. 11 in Thursday's debut announcement of the 2022-23 Learfield Directors' Cup standings.

While the NE10 Presidents' Cup takes into account regular-season finishes, the Learfield Directors' Cup awards points based on team and individual performances at the NCAA Championships.

Of the 155 institutions that make up the Division II table, Adelphi's 190.00 points only trailed No. 9 Franklin Pierce University for bragging rights in the NE10 and East Region.

The Panthers accrued points in cross country, men's soccer, women's soccer, field hockey and volleyball -- which garnered the most points by virtue of their first-ever regional final appearance.

While field hockey made a return trip to the NCAA Tournament in 2022, the Adelphi men's and women's soccer teams ended short absences from the big dance.

Lastly, Katherine Marsh earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division II National Championship, making her the first Adelphi cross country student-athlete to do so since 2013.
