Full NE10 Winter Academic All-Conference Release

Mansfield, Mass. -- Five members of winter teams were named Academic-All Conference by the Northeast-10 on Thursday, with Sierra Clark leading the way as the women's basketball Sport Excellence Award winner. Joining Clark was Michael Coffey (men's basketball), Nicole Elarde and Emily Hagarty (indoor track and field) and Kelly Whelan (swimming).

Clark, who recently completed her career by leading the Panthers to an NE10 title, is a 3.612 student-athlete majoring in communications. The First Team All-Conference selection was also named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team. She set the program's single-season scoring record and finished her season having recorded 19 double-doubles, which is among the national leaders. Coffey was also named CoSIDA Academic All-American this winter, landing on the First Team as an accounting major, 

Hagarty and Elarde were dual honorees from the track and field program, as the former repeats as Academic All-Conference and set a new school record in the pentathalon in the indoor season, while the latter was crowned NE10 champion in the 800m. Rounding out the Adelphi selections was Whelan, who completed her senior senior landing on the NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll in each semester.
