Oceanside, N.Y. - Moved indoors due to inclement weather, the Adelphi University women's tennis team hardly missed a beat in winning its eighth straight match on Sunday, over the Purple Knights of Saint Michael's 9-0 at the Point Set Indoor Racket Club.
The Panthers (10-1, 9-1 NE10) dropped just 13 games in nine matches on the afternoon, recording five bagel sets in singles and sweeping doubles over the Purple Knights (4-8, 3-7 NE10).

Nicole Kielan won both her matches, partnering
Vanja Savic to an 8-1 win at No.3 doubles and winning 6-0, 6-1 at No.3 singles.
