Fall 2015 CHR List | Full Release

MANSFIELD, Mass. – A record number of student-athletes were honored by the Northeast-10 on Thursday, as the conference released its Fall 2015 Commissioner's Honor Roll. In total, 3,663 NE-10 student-athletes achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to earn the academic honor, a new conference mark and an improvement of over 200 from last fall.

Overall, those 3,663 landing on the Commissioner's Honor Roll (CHR) represented 59 percent of all student-athletes from Northeast-10 institutions. To see each school's list of honorees, please see the links below.

The Northeast-10 CHR program recognizes the conference's student-athletes for their achievements within the classroom. In order to be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have met or exceeded a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale during the fall semester.

Once again, Bentley University had the most student-athletes earn CHR honors among the 15 NE-10 schools with 376 in total. Meanwhile, Adelphi University had the highest percentage of student-athletes earning a 3.0 GPA or higher at 78 percent.

Merrimack College had the second most honorees with 278, while Assumption College was close behind with 276 followed by Stonehill College (271) and Adelphi (266).

Eight NE-10 institutions had at least 60 percent of their total student-athletes claim CHR laurels and four more had at least 50 percent. Bentley had the second-highest percentage behind Adelphi with 76 percent, while Le Moyne College (69%), Pace University (68%), Southern New Hampshire University (67%), The College of Saint Rose (66%), Stonehill (64%) and Saint Michael's College (62%) were all over 60 percent.

The most student-athletes came from the sport of football with a total of 352. Women's soccer was next with 300 honorees followed by baseball (293), women's track & field (269) and men's lacrosse (263).
