With the win, the Panthers improve to 8-6 overall and 4-3 in the Northeast-10 while the Golden Knights remain winless with an overall and conference record of 0-11.
The Panthers got off to a strong start as they swept doubles play to lead the match 3-0. However, only two matches actually took the court as

Taylor King received a walkover from Lauren Romine and Alyssa Haddad in the third slot.
Maria Toft and
Bianca Posa prevailed 8-4 in the top spot, while

The Panthers proved just as dominant in singles play, as they only dropped a total of four total games in five contested matches. Gurda and Posa recorded 8-0 victories at second and fourth singles, respectively, while Haich recorded a double bagel in the third slot.
The Panthers return to action on Saturday, April 6, when they host cross-island rival Molloy College for a 10 a.m. non-conference contest.
