The Adelphi University women's tennis team took on the Dolphins of Le Moyne College on Saturday, April 16 in Syracuse, N.Y. The Panthers ended regular season play with a 9-0 victory. Adelphi improves to 17-3 and 11-2, while Le Moyne falls to 3-13 and 3-10.

Sophomore Maria Toft started off singles play with a 6-3, 6-4 victory at top-flight singles, while senior Alda Ribeiro won at #2 singles 6-0, 6-2. Freshman Gaby Adia, sophomore Michelle Gurda, and freshman Taylor King also collected singles wins at #3, #4, and #6 singles, respectively.

Toft and Ribeiro paired up to collect an 8-4 top-flight doubles win, while Gurda and sophomore Samra Redzematovic cruised to an 8-0 win at #2 doubles.

The Panthers return to action on Monday, April 18, when they host the sixth-seeded Warriors of Merrimack College in the NE-10 Conference Tournament at 2:00 p.m.
