Tancredi dished out assists on layups by Kitrys and Jackson in the final minute to give the Panthers a 39-34 lead heading into halftime.

The two teams battled to a 41-41 tie three minutes into the second half and Bridgeport took a brief lead on an Avny 3-pointer with 16:49 to play, but Adelphi reclaimed the lead using a 9-0 run over the next three minutes. The Purple Knights knotted the game again with just under 10 minutes remaining on a jumper by Tanisha Carter, but the Panthers broke the game open and assembled a 12-point lead thanks to seven points in just over a minute by Campusano.
