The Adelphi University men's tennis team hosted the Ravens of Franklin Pierce University on Sunday afternoon in a conference match. The Panthers went on to defeat FPU, 8-1. AU is now 1-1 and 1-0 in the Northeast-10, while the Ravens drop to 0-1 and 0-1 in the league.

Four different Adelphi players were victorious in both singles and doubles on Sunday, including Steven Ferrantello, who dropped just one game on the afternoon. He teamed with Leonard Bruno to post an 8-0 shutout at third doubles before picking up a 6-0, 6-1 win at sixth singles.

The Panthers return to action on Sunday, September 26 when they host Philadelphia University in a non-conference match at 1:00 p.m.
