The Adelphi University men's tennis team hosted American International College Tuesday afternoon in a Northeast-10 Conference match. The Panthers went on to defeat the Yellow Jackets, 9-0. With the win, AU improves to 7-4 and 6-3.

Senior Bandar Kayali and junior Anton Voynov started off doubles play with an 8-1 victory. Junior Leonard Bruno and Gaetan Georges collected an 8-8 win at #2 doubles, while junior Joseph Carbone and freshman Adrish Tewaire blanked their opponents at #3 doubles, 8-0.

Adelphi cruised through singles play, highlighted by Bruno winning an 8-0 pro-set match at #6 singles.

The Panthers return to action tomorrow when they travel to take on Philadelphia University in a non-conference match at 4:00 p.m.
