The Adelphi University men's tennis team took on Stonehill College on Sunday afternoon in Easton, Massachusetts. The Panthers were shut out by the Skyhawks, 9-0, and are now 6-4 and 5-3 on the season, while Stonehill improves to 9-6 and 6-2 in the league.

Adrish Tewarie, Joseph Carbone, and Gaetan Georges all fell in three sets during singles play (#3-#5). At #6 singles, Leonard Bruno lost 8-3 in a pro-set.

Georges and Bruno fell short, 8-5, at #2 doubles to the likes of Jonathan Burke and Mike Leone. Tewarie and Carbone (#3 doubles) were outlasted, 8-6, against Chris Martin and Aaron Bergeron.

The Panthers return to action on Tuesday, April 13 when they host American International College at 3:00 p.m.
