Garden City, NY - Sophomore Corey McKee (Barrie, Canada/St. Joseph) and freshman Catherine Rawsthorne (Federal, WA/Thomas Jefferson) have been named Adelphi's Athletes of the Week for the week of December 7.

McKee earned three first-place finishes and helped guide the men to a fifth-place finish at the Bentley Invitational on December 5-6. The sophomore won the 200-yard butterfly (1:58.97), the 100-yard butterfly (53.30), and the 100-yard backstroke (54.08).

Rawsthorne led the Panthers to an 11-0 weekend and a fourth-place finish at the Jeanette Lee Invitational in Midlothian, Virginia on December 5-6. Rawsthorne bowled games of 224, 156, 216, 236, 176, and 170 for a total pin fall of 1178, and an average of 196.33, while being named to the All-Tournament Team.

The men's and women's swim team travel to Queens, New York on Friday, December 11, to take on Queens College and Baruch College.

The bowling team returns to action on December 16-18 when they travel to Staten Island, New York to compete in the St. Francis College New Year Knockdown Tournament.
