Oakdale, N.Y. - The Adelphi University volleyball team traveled to Oakdale, New York on Friday, November 14 to take on the second seeded University of Bridgeport Purple Knights. The #3 Panthers fell, 3-0 (15-25, 17-25, 21-25), ending their East Coast Conference playoff run and leaving Adelphi with an overall record of 27-11.

Audrey Goss and Samantha Johnston led the Panther attack with eight and seven kills respectively. Heather Mau talled 21 assists, while Amy Williams had a team-high 12 digs and Kelsey Hackett posted four service aces.

The Panthers will now wait for an NCAA Division II tournament berth, which will be announced on Monday, November 17.
