Baseball Out Slugs Felician, 19-12

Palm Beach, FL - The Adelphi baseball team opened their southern swing with a 19-12 win over Felician in Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday, March 10. The Panthers led 19-6 going into the final inning and hung on to claim the victory, raising their overall mark to 3-2.

Bobby Lanigan was credited with the win after pitching five innings of one run baseball. Mike Tobia also had a strong outing on the mound for Adelphi, throwing two innings of scoreless relief.

Ryan Boelsen was at the head of the Panther offense, going 3-6 with two home runs and a game-high five RBI. Mike Testani and Mike Connors also swung the bat well, Testani chipped in four RBI (4-5), while Connors added three RBI of his own on two hits.

Adelphi returns to action on March 11 at 3:45 pm when they take on regional opponent Bloomfield in Palm Beach, Florida.
