Bronxville, N.Y. - Three Panthers scored in double figures led by junior Gianna Smith's 13 points as the Adelphi University women's basketball team defeated Concordia College, 64-31, on Saturday afternoon. Adelphi picked up its third straight win to improve to 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the ECC. Concorida falls to 0-7 and 0-2 in league play.

Sophomore Lisa Manetta contributed 13 points while junior Mary Lepore added 11 points. Sophomore Jordan Gambino pulled down 10 boards for the Panthers who outrebounded the Clippers, 50-37.

The Panthers return to action next Saturday, December 9, as they travel to Sparkill, New York to take on the Spartans of St. Thomas Aquinas. Game time is 1:00 p.m.
