Rockville Centre, N.Y. - The Adelphi University volleyball defeated Molloy College 30-21, 30-28, 27-30, 30-27 on Saturday morning. With the win the Panthers (18-12, 6-4) tie the school record for most wins in a season. The Lions drop to 6-18 and 0-11 in the NYCAC.

Freshman Christina Vandling (Endicott, N.Y.) recorded her third straight double-digit match with a team-high 13 kills. Sophomore Rachael Cornick (Endicott, N.Y.) had 10 kills along with 19 digs for her seventh double-double. Sophomore Brittany Addeo (Minden, NV) registered 48 assists and a career-best 20 digs.

Molloy was led by Nicole Lee (Merrick, N.Y.) with 14 kills and 13 digs.

The Panthers are back in action this Tuesday, November 1, hosting Southampton College at 7 pm in their final regular season home game.
