West Haven, Conn. - Freshman Dawn Anselmin picked up three goals for the No. 9 Adelphi Panthers as they defeated the University of New Haven, 7-3, Saturday afternoon at West Haven, Conn. AU remains perfect on the season with a 3-0 record. The Chargers drop to 2-1 on the season.

After trailing 2-0, Anselmin scored both Panther goals late in the first half to tie it, 2-2. Adelphi outscored UNH 5-1 in the second half, including two goals from freshman Liz Patano, to capture its third straight win.

Sophomore goalie Josephine Coiro had four saves, while New Haven's Heather Gebhardt had nine.

Adelphi is back in action on Sunday, March 30, hosting Stonehill College at 12:00 p.m.
