Philadelphia, Pa. - The Adelphi University women's volleyball team posted its second straight win, with a 30-18, 30-23, 30-23, victory over Philadelphia University this Saturday. For the second time in as many games, freshman Rachael Cornick led the Panthers, recording 12 kills, 10 digs and five service aces. Adelphi improves to 7-12 overall and 3-5 in the NYCAC.

Sophomore Meaghan Joyce was the only other player in double figures, collecting 10 kills to go along with eight digs. Freshman setter Brittany Addeo had 27 assists, six digs and five kills for the Panthers.

Freshman Deanna Maggio and sophomore Joann Abruzzo also had a solid game, registering seven digs apiece.
