Rockville Centre, N.Y. - Senior Mary Krines picked up her fourth double-double of the season, notching 11 kills and 10 digs in Adelphi's 3-1 win at Molloy College Wednesday night. The Panthers improve to 14-11 overall and 2-3 in the NYCAC. The Lions fall to 3-11 overall and 1-6 in the conference.

Senior Bernadette Mearini had a team high 13 kills along with eight digs. Senior setter Brianne MacArthur collected 30 assists, setting a new Adelphi career record in the process. MacArthur's career total stands at 2, 626. The previous record of 2, 606 career assists was held by Danielle Ciccarelli (1994-97).

Adelphi took the first two games, 30-21, 30-12. The Lions rallied back to take game three, 30-25. The Panthers finished the Lions in the fourth game, 30-21.

Next up, the Panthers host Philadelphia University at Woodruff Hall on Friday, October 11. Game time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
