At the ITA Championships, Maria Toft anchored Adelphi's strong showing by earning a trip to the 'A' Singles quarterfinals and the 'B' Doubles championship round. She paired with Bianca Posa to win four doubles matches, including an 8-0 victory over a pair of So. New Hampshire opponents in the second round, before falling 8-4 in the finals.

The Panthers return to action on Sunday, September 30 when they open Northeast-10 Conference play at Assumption.
