Laffey averaged 13.0 points and 6.0 rebounds while shooting 52.9 percent from the field that included 50.0 shooting from beyond the arc in a 1-1 week for Adelphi. The freshman shot 5-for-8 from the field towards 14 points in Saturday’s win against Assumption. On Monday, Laffey was named the NE-10 Rookie of the Week.
