In a 5-1 week for Adelphi, Martini posted a .500/.550/.889 slash line going 9-for-18 at the plate. The rookie had five doubles and drove in seven runs for the Brown and Gold. In the non-conference win over American International, she went 3-for-4 at the plate with two doubles, three RIBs and one run. She was named Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week on Monday followed up on Tuesday with NE-10 Rookie of the Year and All-Conference First Team honors. She has appeared in 42 games so far this season, and has posted a .380 batting average. She's currently leading the league with 15 doubles and 83 total bases. Martini's slugging percentage of .686 is currently third-best in the league.
